Membership of Travel Trust Association

Hidden Gems Golf Tours is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), with membership number U6095, to comply with the 1992 European Union regulations for tour operators. The TTA is a not for profit trade association for travel agents and tour operators, set up to provide financial protection for customers and recognised suppliers of the TTA. Hidden Gems Golf Tours believes that this membership offers the best protection for customers within the UK travel industry.

Trust Account

This offers extra peace of mind for our customers as it means that every penny you pay to Hidden Gems Golf Tours in advance is held in an independent trust account until your holiday is completed. The trust account is supervised by an independent solicitor or accountant who has been approved by the TTA.

In the unlikely event that Hidden Gems Golf Tours ceases to trade, your money is still there to pay for the holiday with a travel protection plan in two parts:

1. The money is only released from the Trust Fund on completion of your holiday to pay for services you have booked.
2. Your payment to Hidden Gems Golf Tours will also include a Safe Seat Plan insurance cover. This further protection means that if your money is not in the Trust Account, then you will be reimbursed for losses up to £11,000 per customer.
